About Spruce Labs
Spruce Labs is a technology and experience company grown out of the basement of Spruce (spruce.me), a menswear boutique and barbershop based in Denver, CO (42nd and Tennyson, for you locals).

We are the builders of the first ever GX (Guest Experience) Platform (sprucebot.com), called Spruce, which has been running the shop for the past 3 years.

Our focus is unique: Spruce is not built to replace people. It’s built to connect them.

We think connecting people is different than connecting with people. Any well-designed app can connect people. It takes something entirely different to achieve actual human-to-human connection. To connect with them.

Job Brief
We’ve spent the last year and a half taking the bespoke systems in the shop and combining them into our GX platform. Now, we need your help bringing our vision of GX to the rest of the world.

You will lead the way on how we decide to package the platform for our clients. Everything from how it’s priced for different verticals, to how we onboard and support enterprises and SMBs.

This is a tactical and strategic position and you’ll be working side by side the co-founders and the success + engineering functional leads.

Responsibilities

*Define outline for enterprise and SMB offerings with CEO, COO and put into “SAASTERPLAN”
* Facilitate working sessions with Success, Product, Sales, Marketing and Engineering leads to make plan a reality
* Update plan and report progress weekly to leadership (L10)

What it includes
* Bringing co-founders vision for cloud to the market
* Team up with Client Success and Product to help define support and success plans as the platform scales
* Team up with Sales and Marketing to bundle and price the first generation of GX SaaS products
* Identify and drive efforts to close gaps in the platform from a cloud offering perspective
* Assist Sales and Marketing to help make case for cloud to established retailers
* Meeting with clients and partners to collect feedback on onboarding, daily usage, total satisfaction and anything else defined in the masterplan
* Assisting Client Success Team in selling and migrating legacy partners to the cloud


Requirements
* 3+ years working with teams bringing SaaS products to market (Strategy and Implementation)
* Understanding of security, privacy, and operations of cloud environments
* Working knowledge of client support and SLA’s
* Knowledge and experience of all aspects of packaging a SaaS product for sales
* Understanding of on-premise and hybrid hosting environments
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements/initiatives/assignments
* Strong Client Relationship Skills
