About the role.
We are looking for an experienced marketer to help us accelerate our growth into medical clinics across the country. We are seeing >100% year-on-year growth in paying accounts, driven entirely from inbound demand. Your success in this role will see us building a repeatable and scalable engine to generate pipeline that builds on existing momentum. You will have the opportunity to design and execute high impact, integrated campaigns with the goal to attract and convert more medical clinics into loyal Spruce users.

Expect to:
* Define and own our demand generation marketing strategy
* Execute campaigns across multiple channels including paid ads, emails, events, community/partner campaigns, content, webinars (and more)
* Measure and report on campaign results and quarterly MQLs
* Collaborate closely with sales to hone your perspective on target accounts/ICPs and execute on outbound strategies

About you.
* 3+ years experience in a demand generation
* Experience in marketing a SaaS or technology product to SMBs
* Analytical and performance-driven mindset with ability to evaluate, iterate, and improve campaign strategies, and tactics
* Passionate about our product + mission
* Passionate about the craft of marketing with strong ingoing hypothesis on winning channels and campaigns
* Excellent project management skills to keep campaigns on track and efficiently measure results/learnings
* High drive, ownership mentality, and tolerance for ambiguity. Dynamic, fast-paced startups aren’t for everyone.
