We are looking for an Operations Project Manager to join our team! Our ideal candidate is attentive, self-motivated, reliable, and organized.

Some responsibilities include:

• Lead strategic projects alongside the senior team
• Projects and responsibilities can vary and span across multiple departments including operations, marketing, tech, finance, etc.
• Research & implement new software and tech
• Data analysis to continue optimizing different areas across the company
• Lead projects based on your skillset & interests
• Other areas you're passionate about exploring!

Qualifications:

• Strong problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical and data-driven
• Multiple years of professional experience
• Experience in startups or operations is a plus
