Sales Engineer$100k – $150k
Master the CLM competitive landscape with primary focus on SpringCM’s domination of the Salesforce.com ecosystem.
Set and execute strategy to get the technical win with enterprise-level prospect and customers.
Meet with customers to understand their goals and challenges and map those back into SpringCM product portfolio and solutions
Design, architect, configure and deliver compelling demos to visualize how our service meets our client’s business requirements.
Facilitate technical sales workshops and conduct pilots.
Liaise with prospect and SpringCM’s professional services team to design and architect solution and build SOW.
Participate in the right trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective
Attain quarterly and annual objectives that you will define collaboratively with your manager
Provide training and produce support material for the sales team.
Respond effectively to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs responses.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related field.
8-10 years experience in software sales and services in a field facing sales engineering capacity.
Strong technical familiarity with Salesforce.com, force.com, APEX, management package installation, integration and configuration concepts.
Experience in technical sales with CLM, CPQ, BPM or ECM platforms.
Ability to dynamically articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users while establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Experience pairing with system integrator and partners.
Working knowledge of Internet hosted applications, highly available architectures, Internet security protocols and SSO/AD concepts.
Advanced user of MS Office Suite, mobile devices and browsers.
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
Ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience responding to RFIs/RFPs.
Highly organized and driven by success, achievement and recognition.
Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence.
High energy level and a “can do” attitude.
Strong time management skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com and web based applications.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
