Who We’re Looking For

You are a vision-driven, people-centered Enterprise Sales Leader who is experienced in building world-class sales teams from the ground up in a high-growth startup atmosphere. You have direct experience selling 6-figure enterprise deals to senior executives in complex organizations.

You are a natural coach, mentor, and trainer. You support your teams in developing them to their greatest potential every day. You understanding how to find and hire the best talent to grow your team. You have previously been responsible for a team-based annual quota of at least $1 million. You are also a strong individual player - you’ve met and exceeded personal annual quotas of $500K+.

You are confident in your current capabilities AND committed to growing and expanding your skill sets. You’re on the way up in your career, and ready for the next big challenge! As a self-driven leader and senior strategic partner, you will be a strong and effective contributor to the leadership team, helping to guide the overall strategic direction of the company.

You will be our first Sales Leader, selling our new product Taste Intelligence to CPGs. You will initially close the first few deals with the support of the Founders to deeply understand this specific sales lifecycle. After which you’ll hire a team to support you and accelerator growth.

Preferred Qualities and Experience

- Previous experience as a senior sales leader focused on enterprise SaaS in early/growth-stage startup environments
- You know how to make a visionary sale: you can capture the unique vision of who we are and what we do, and inspire executive sales prospects to partner with us, and inspire existing accounts to deepen and expand their partnerships with us
- You like to win — and you play both tough and fair to succeed
- You understand what it means to compete as part of a team
- You are a results-driven leader who knows how to leverage the diverse strengths of the people around you to succeed
- Prior experience with solutions-based or consultative selling
- Prior experience selling a SaaS-based product
- Exceptional communicator (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) with excellent interpersonal skills
- You enjoy adapting to fast-paced business and work environments while managing multiple priorities
- Proven ability to influence C-level executive prospects and support your team members in driving new business
- Strong experience managing pipelines and team quotas, and hitting aggressive targets
- People love working with and for you
- You have a track record of quickly learning new things
- You have a point of view but know how to check your ego

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, consultative sales roles focused on large enterprise accounts
- Self-driven, able to thrive through near-constant ambiguity and change
- Highly self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and growth-oriented
- Strategic problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive consistent results in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in the Twin Cities, MN.
