What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage day-to-day relationships with agency/brand clients from the pre-sale pitch and media planning process through post-sale campaign optimization, reporting, and wrap-up
- Manage operational relationships with media customers as part of campaign execution
- Monthly ad revenue share reporting to SaaS clients. Collection, tracking and internal monthly ad sales reporting from SaaS clients.
- Assist SpokenLayer revenue leaders in prospecting, consulting, and closing multiple campaigns per quarter
- Act as the internal authority on voice-driven media and best practices for brands in the space
- Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights, and strive to "over-deliver" to clients
- Collaborate internally with the leaders of other departments (Content,
Customer Success, Engineering) to improve and execute on client deliverables, process, and output
- Serve as an ambassador for SpokenLayer and evangelize voice-driven media to the advertising world

Required Skills/Experience

- A Bachelor's degree or Entrepreneurial street creds with 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role in media or advertising - ideally as a media planner, media buyer, account manager, or brand strategist
- Experience in brand strategy with the ability to translate strategy into smart and sound advertising tactics
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to grow relationships with partner brands and agencies
- A glass-half-full outlook that contributes to an already ridiculously-strong company culture and healthy business
- The ability to simplify complex topics, build strong relationships, and quickly gain trust with brands and agencies will be key in this role
