What is Sparrho?

Sparrho’s vision is to democratise science. We are simplifying scientific content for brands so that they can build trust in the market - we describe our USP as ‘Content-as-a-Service. Since 2018 we have been focused on taking our Content-as-a-Service offering to the B2B market.

We are a vibrant team based out of Aldgate East, London. Our team has built a collaborative culture and takes pride in representing 10 different countries.

What is unique about this role?

As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in integrating the work of the technology and editorial teams and have exposure to multiple teams. Not only will you be supporting the Tech team, but you will also be the vital connection between Commercial and Content Engine team. You will be able to discover and understand the challenges with the product and communicate both the team’s priorities and ensure an aligned and brought to fruition. You will be a self-starter and have a killer instinct for delighting customers, thrilled by the opportunity to work in a fast-changing environment, and a great network. You will be reporting directly to our CEO and you will be a key to our continued growth.
Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing, projects consisting of multifunctional teams
- Define and manage a well-defined project management process
- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams

Your Background:

- Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with minimal effort
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

Salary: depending on your experience
Duration: full-time
25 Days vacation + 8 days bank holidays
10:00 - 18:00 working hours Monday to Friday
2 work from home days per month
