Sparkplug is a remote innovation lab with a focus on data-driven solutions, assisting SMEs, organisations and early stage technology focused founders in building and evolving their business innovations.
We are currently expanding our partner network and seeking top-notch business development & sales partners to grow with us.
- To expand partnership network by attracting new partners and clients.
- To introduce our services to new markets.
- To increase demand and promote our services
Who are we looking for
We’re not looking for employees. We’re not hiring you to do a job. You don’t need to be an expert in software products to work with us, experience in sales and useful business connections is enough to join Sparkplug.
We’re looking for our partners to have a curious and creative mind, and be eager to understand the principles of product development.
You are a passionate and enthusiastic individual who would like to use his/her/their personal sales, marketing, and business development expertise and is open to gathering new experience.
Someone who is flexible and able to take customers through the whole sales process.
In a perfect world, you’d cover all the sales stages, negotiate the cost and participate in all sales communication, so we provide just technical assistance, estimation, and offer.
And last but not least, we need a person who is never satisfied with mediocrity, goal oriented, fearless and hungry for new opportunities to become our navigator in an endless sea of available perspectives.
We will share detailed information about our company expertise, service offering and recent projects.
Our team will always support to help you reach your goals. Also, materials that would help you to close a deal will be provided.
We will give you all the resources, materials and professional mentorship you need to be successful. Including training, explanation, clarification and guidance to familiarize yourself with our services to the market, as well as share our passion about them.
Put 25% of the deals you close in your pocket. Most of our projects are in the range of £10k to £50k and we’re looking to increase the average basket.
To give you an idea, if you close one £20k deal per month, that’s a £60k annual salary for you. One £50k deal would give you £12,500 in one go.
The higher the involvement, the bigger the income.
We are a very young company and couldn’t afford paying someone that wouldn’t bring results. If you’re good and you believe you can bring in new clients, you’ll get your fair share.
