The main responsibility of this position is to aggressively increase Spacelist’s market share by attracting, acquiring and retaining commercial clients who can benefit from our marketing and data/analytics services. The ability to leverage your existing executive level network while actively pursuing new commercial opportunities will lead to your success in this role. We offer a very attractive compensation package consisting of a fixed salary + commission!

What you’ll do...

- Research, prioritize, and qualify leads
- Identify/grow sales opportunities
- Develop analytics sales program/strategy
- Find scalable ways to prospect and reach decision makers at large companies
- Initiate and develop long-lasting relationships with commercial clients
- Work closely with the product team to make sure customers are extremely happy with the product
- Perform sales calls and onboard client prospects
- Manage relevant accounts and actively maintain CRM (HubSpot)
- Proven track record of closing leads, exceeding sales quota goals and managing sales pipeline
- Strong cold-calling skills and ability to self-source up to 100%
- Strong network of B2B contacts in Canada/US

You should talk to us if...

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in business/marketing or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of previous B2B SaaS sales experience
- You have excellent oral/written skills and e-mail etiquette
- You’re proficient in Google Apps, Sales CRMs and online lead gen techniques
- You’re highly organized and have excellent attention to detail
- You can work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
- You have proven problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Commercial Real Estate experience preferred but is not required
