We are looking for a hands-on operations leader to be responsible for all aspects of fulfillment operations and warehouse management related to bringing a Sonder unit to life. In this role you will work to continuously improve Sonder’s supply chain, with the ultimate goal of providing an amazing guest experience.


* Build a world-class team with high likelihood of team expansion as we scale further
* Develop and execute on strategy on supply chain process across the value chain, including warehouse operations, network strategy, and logistics
* Ensure infrastructure can scale with company growth
* Bring a sense of urgency and ownership to delivering on business goals
* Work cross-functionally with sourcing, product, business analytics, finance, and interior design teams to ensure that fulfillment is in sync with other functional teams' decisions and activities on ongoing basis
* Determine network strategy to match business goals
* Collaborate with general managers in each city to drive supply chain strategy and processes


* 10+ years of experience in hands-on operations, supply chain, and/or logistics, including leadership role in fast growing start-up
* Experience working with or implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) program
* Experience selecting and/or working with 3PL partners
* Quantitative. Comfortable owning the numbers and using data to inform decision making
* Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills; willing to roll up the sleeves
* Significant project/team management experience
* Collaborative, positive attitude, hard working
* Effective communicator, leader and manager
* Strong desire and ability to deal with ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes - this is what you will be building!
* A perfectionist, obsessing over all the details
