We’re looking for guest-focused closers to join our Long Term Sales Team (30+ day bookings). The Long Term Sales Agent will field all inbound leads, service guest inquiries, present suitable apartment options that meet the guest’s needs, generate lease paperwork and execute the sales process. With inbound leads coming in throughout the day, our Sales Agent will need to be a multitasker who can juggle between fielding phone calls and drafting lease paperwork. We’re looking for someone with an incredible amount of enthusiasm and charisma, who can deliver an outstanding experience while moving potential guests across the finish line.


AT SONDER YOU WILL:
* Communicate with guests by phone and email
* Qualify inbound leads
* Timely respond to and follow up on all guest communication
* Present qualified housing options based on the clients requirements
* Generate all lease paperwork and relevant city tasks
* Collaborate with city teams on sales and light operations (scheduling tours, assigning check-ins)
* Establish and maintain client relationships
* Maintain accurate recordsInvestigate and answer client questions when appropriate
* Uncover new business opportunitiesOvercome technical and business challenges (we are a startup)

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
* You have 1-2 years of sales related experience, ideally in hospitality or real estate
* Strong relationship-building skills
* You’re an outstanding communicatorYou grind
