Our hospitality agents are the face of Sonder and our eyes and ears on the ground throughout the city. This is one of the most versatile roles at the company and perfect for anyone who hates the idea of sitting at a desk all day.

AT SONDER YOU WILL:
* Meet and greet guests when they check-in, ensuring they have an amazing first experience
* Correspond with guests via phone and email, working with building management to rectify guest issues as quickly as possible
* Act as a runner to collect guest-requested items
* Work directly with our sales team to conduct walkthroughs for potential new guests
* Help furnish and onboard new Sonder locations, bringing them from empty to guest-ready in just a few days

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
* Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience preferred but not essential
* At least 2 years experience working in hospitality or customer service
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a startup environment
* A self-starter, who has the ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as solo
