Our Hospitality Agents are the face of Sonder and our eyes and ears on the ground throughout the city. This is one of the most versatile roles at the company and perfect for anyone who hates the idea of sitting at a desk all day. AT SONDER YOU WILL:
* Execute design plans and make apartments look fabulous!
* Inspect new apartments and create digital floor plans
* Assist and manage apartment styling for photoshoots
* Meet and greet guests when they check-in, ensuring they have an amazing first experience
* Take care of daily hospitality tasks, such as bringing items to guests
* Managing in-unit needs, such as troubleshooting appliances, quick housekeeping fixes, and overseeing contractor appointmentsC
* onduct quality control inspections inside our units
* Carry out warehouse duties, such as preparing housekeeping kits, processing linens, and cleaning
* Maintain accurate inventory of all items in units and storage
* Perform quality inspections

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
* 2+ years experience working in hospitality or customer service
* Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience preferred
* A great eye for design, previous experience in interior design is a plus
* A hard working perfectionist with exceptional organizational skills
* An effective team player who can also independently complete projects without direct supervision
* A willingness and enthusiasm to do whatever it takes to make sure our guests have an amazing experienceHandy! Comfortable with a drill, hanging art, or other basic tasks
* A consummate team player who maintains a positive attitude and a smile on your face regardless of the situation
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to identify and convey critical information to management quickly and precisely
* Familiarity with the Google Suite of applications and Asana a large plus
* Hourly pay: $14-18/hr
