At Sonder we're reimagining travel, hospitality, and how cities are experienced. Sonder started a little over 3 years ago and is now active in 13 markets and 1200+ locations. We have over 200 employees and are headquartered in San Francisco.

We are building the world's first deconstructed hotel - with apartments, houses, condos, villas, and lofts that you can book at a moment's notice. Each location, is in unique and explorable neighborhoods, is one-of-a-kind and hand-picked by Sonder. Our units are designed by our talented interior designers and serviced by us to our exact standards: 24/7 concierge service, Wi-Fi, professionally cleaned homes, comfortable beds, crisp linens, and over 200 other standards.

Though Sonder’s primary focus is on short term rentals, we have a number of activities which involve leasing our beautifully furnished apartments to tenants for 30+ days. In Montreal, we have over 200 apartments that we want to lease to students during the school year. The Montreal Leasing Sales Manager will own the student leasing program and any other long-term stays from start to finish. The Leasing Sales Manager will partner with the General Manager to create a sales and marketing strategy to attract long-term tenants and will be responsible for achieving department quarterly goals. This includes marketing the apartments, communicating with interested potential tenants, conducting showings, organizing any paperwork, and being the point person for any rent-related questions after the tenants move in. You will work directly for the General Manager of Montreal.

AT SONDER YOU WILL:
• Act as an account manager by owning the student leasing program and any other long-term stays from start to finish
• Market apartments, communicate with interested potential tenants, conduct showings and organizing any paperwork to finalize leases
• Act as the point person for any rent-related questions after tenants move-in
• Partner with General Manager to create sales and marketing strategy
• Set and achieve quarterly goals

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
• You are a proven salesperson and strive to exceed quotas
• You are outgoing and thrive in face-to-face sales interactions
• You are self-motivated and hardworking, setting and achieving ambitious targets
• You are an effective communicator
• You are organized and able to use different administrative tools
• You are an agile person who can seamlessly transition from being a sales person to an account manager
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Marketing experience (especially digital performance marketing with Google or Facebook) is a plus
• Real estate experience preferred but not required
