Solvvy is looking for a talented, passionate Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. The Account Executive position is a quota carrying sales position. As an early member of the team, you'll build a sales pipeline from qualified leads to start, manage B2B prospect relationships (mid-market, enterprise), help refine the sales process, manage the sales cycle, negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve annual targets. Your experience identifying problems and suggesting solutions, as well as building relationships over the phone and locating key decision makers within prospective accounts will be crucial to your success.

This is a remote role that will be based in New York City.

Responsibilities
* Act as a primary point of contact for prospective clients (typically mid-market companies, sometimes large companies).
* Exceed assigned quota expectations.
* Understand how to sell consultatively, understand customers’ current pain, and how our solutions are likely to address these problems.
* Maintains an organized and disciplined about CRM usage to optimize success.
* Strong time management skills and spends their time prospecting bigger deals to increase their pipeline.
* Strong demo skills - including customizing demos for the particular customer, gathering crucial information and ensuring that 1st calls typically result in next steps.
* Understand standard SaaS business models, terms and licensing.
* Negotiate effectively with customers to create a ‘win-win’ deployment.
* Communicate effectively with the product and engineering team on key learnings.
* Work closely with the Marketing Demand Gen team to provide feedback on lead generation activities.
* Hungry, performance driven, and smart - yet a true team player who puts the company’s values first.

Qualifications
* 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience.
* Ability to aggressively qualify leads for their potential.
* Successful track record in high velocity “land and expand” go to market sales.
* Ability to create new and leverage established relationships within VP/C level.
* Prior experience selling CRM Solutions, particularly Support CRM, is a plus.
* Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player.
* Self-motivated, driven and results oriented.
* Strong active listening skills.
* Thrive in a competitive, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment.
* Record of meeting (and exceeding) sales quotas.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
* Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required.

Preferred Requirements
* Experience and relevant rolodex selling enterprise software in the Customer Support and Customer Experience market is a plus!
