The Position:
We’re looking for an Operations Analysts in our Dallas location. Operations Analysts can join a newly formed team, responsible for providing Solovis clients with back office operation services. This new service evolved out of an increased number of clients who appreciate the output of the Solovis application, but do not have the internal staffing or expertise to handle the relevant inputs. The candidate for this role has ability to interpret and normalize data, track daily activity for multiple clients, and ongoing client support.
Additional duties include:
Input transactions and investments into the Solovis environment
Cash Reconciliation
Manage performance estimates and input actuals from externally managed funds
Third party reconciliation
Enhance marketable fund transparency through 13-F detail and direct transparency
Assist with loading additional data sets to support client reporting and dashboard creation
Data extraction and reorganization from spreadsheets, client portals and PDF to produce an accurate portfolio model in the Solovis environment

One year of experience, a related degree or has an internship in a related business
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, a strong desire to learn, and is adaptable to a fast paced, ever-changing environment
