Socilyzer (www.socilyzer.com) is an end-to-end analytics tool for companies and management consultants to analyse how people collaborate and communicate together. It allows you to analyse organisational networks primarily based on survey data.

This has helped companies identify change agents (de-risking large transformation programmes), identify and acknowledge those that enable performance (improving sales and productivity), and diagnose culture (improve employee satisfaction).

The typical customer is a consulting firm using the tool in connection with other projects. They conduct analyses themselves leveraging the tool - the fees they charge for the whole project is typically 30x-100x the cost of the software itself.

We are looking for a standalone Head of Business Development that can scale our customer base and eventually build our sales organisation. Specifically, you will:

  • Define lead generation and qualification process
  • Create marketing materials
  • Create and test scalable call scripts
  • Create sales pitch
  • Create reference customers

As you grow in the role, we will want you to build out a broader sales and sales support organisation.

The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS software to consulting firms remotely. It is critical that you can articulate the value of analytics and what it enables. Excited to see your application.
