We are looking for a Customer Success Manager.
In this role, we need a Customer Service expert to scale our helpdesk along with its daily processes and methods.

We would typically need you to do this kind of things:
- have more assistance requests processed per employee daily,
- improve requests diagnoses,
- track assistance request patterns and redirect some of them to our training manager,
- advocate for workflow improvements throughout the company,
- describe precisely the new features that you would want/need for our CRM Information System whenever you mean to have them,
- programming is not required for this position but it's a nice plus.

This position requires to be fluent in both English and French, and to be able to deal very smoothly and on a daily basis with grumpy people.
