At Social Nature, our sales team is responsible for growing our business by building new relationships with leading consumer brands across North America and growing strategic accounts. This role is based out of our head office in Vancouver, with some travel required. (One week you might be presenting our solution over the phone to VP Marketing at a leading natural brand, and the next week hustling the trade show floor at the Natural Product Expo in California!) Responsibilities - What you’ll do:

New business development & renew existing accounts.

Manage pipeline development, planning, forecasting, lead generation, engagement of prospects, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations and closing.

Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure successful transitions, implementations, customer satisfaction, and ongoing partnership with large direct clients.

Participate in digital product strategy with the product team.

Provide input to B2B marketing & sales development team on lead generation programs.

Requirements - You are:

A natural builder who loves breaking open new markets, territories, and discovering new ways to grow our business. You have a strong sense of urgency, persistence and drive.

Empathetic with strong discovery & active listening skills that generate win-win relationships for the client and Social Nature.

Passionate about marketing & data with a growth mindset. You have a high degree of self-motivation and initiative to own your role and build your expertise.

A creative and strategic thinker. The position is charged with building strategic, long-term partnerships with major brand marketers. Being able to think on your feet and get creative about building customer solutions is one of the key factors in your success!

You thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-performance, dynamic and changing environment.

Passionate about marketing and can work with senior executives professionally and effectively on marketing programs.


You have:
- 5+ years relevant experience. (Think consultative, mid-market sales)
- 2+ years outbound sales experience, ideally selling revenue-driving marketing solutions.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills to senior executives.
- Postsecondary education in business, marketing or communications is an asset.
- Prior experience in natural CPG space is an asset.
