We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to support strategic product decisions and the execution of new initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will connect with users as well as internal teams to understand their needs and help define and action our product roadmap. You will also come up with new, innovative product ideas, have the ability to scope out engineering effort required, and have a data-driven approach to determine what is worth pursuing.

- Product Management: You will solve business problems and user pain points through creative, data-driven product development; this will include contributing to the product roadmap and strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves and executing to ship new features and get things done
- Collaborative Execution: You won’t always have all of the answers, but you’ll be able to rally the right teams and experts to come up with the best solutions; you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, managing sprint processes for various engineering teams and coordinating with Design and Business stakeholders to clarify requirements and gain necessary buy-in
- Customer-centric: You will tirelessly advocate for your customer - sometimes that is our users, and other times it is an internal stakeholder; you will identify and isolate problems, craft unique solutions, gather requirements and over-communicate every step of the way
- Data Informed: You will dive into product metrics and data to understand user behaviour and make relevant decisions to optimize for the user experience; specific metrics you will work to improve are click-through rates, conversion, retention, etc.

- You have experience in a Product Management role - preferably in a fast-moving startup environment
- You have an entrepreneurial, get-stuff-done mindset with and are not afraid to take measured risks when the data shows that it makes sense
- You have worked on consumer-facing web products with a strong understanding of product-building areas including engineering, design, analytics, and user research/insights
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You like to ask hard questions, validate assumptions, and make sure the dots connect on goals
- You have worked with BI/product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Periscope, Mixpanel, and Heap

After applying, you'll receive an email with all of this info. So feel free to skip it for now.
