ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Operations & Strategy Manager to join our Operations team as we continue to scale. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for crafting the strategy and driving the execution around key metrics & day-to-day operations of our teams. With a customer-centric mindset, you will face a variety of unique and complex business challenges, and will do whatever is necessary to tackle each one with a data-driven approach and sharp business acumen to deliver the right solutions - this could be anything from restructuring our global Customer Support team and processes, to launching new business verticals, etc. This role requires a passion for operational excellence, a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and the ability to implement high-impact initiatives both independently and with a team.

CHALLENGES YOU'LL SOLVE
- Develop & Optimize Processes: You will own the strategy and execution of new initiatives using data to highlight a problem, create a solution and ensure flawless execution. You will also lead mission-critical projects that span various teams and verticals, coordinating the necessary people, data and resources to get things done and deliver at a high level.
- Data & Insight: You, with help from our Data team, will build the analytical frameworks and operational models to constantly monitor performance and find opportunities to improve. You will use sound business acumen and critical thinking skills to analyze a situation and make the right decisions, thinking 2 steps ahead and considering all possible outcomes for the business (financial, operational, user experience-related, etc.)
- Collaborative Execution: You will work with the Operations team to execute on group priorities and ensure you’re supporting broader business goals while prioritizing our customers’ needs. You’ll lean into other teams, including Growth and Product to ensure we’re working on the most effective projects.

ABOUT YOU
- You have experience in operations management, management consulting, investment banking, or other strategy work - preferably in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
- You have an outstanding technical aptitude with strong Excel skills and using other BI tools (SQL, Periscope, etc.)
- You have a data-driven mentality that’ll allow you to draw insight and tell a compelling story to improve operational performance
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You have a strong business acumen to help drive and achieve business goals & OKRs
