ABOUT THE ROLE
We work with dozens of partners around the world that provide us with best-in-class hotel deals, which we then pass on to our millions of users. As an Account Manager at SnapTravel, you will have full ownership over a portfolio of accounts, working with new and existing partners to grow their share in SnapTravel’s business and optimize everyone’s success. Reporting into our Director of Global Supply, you will use your natural curiosity, data-driven insights and stellar communication skills to onboard new accounts, maximize account success, conduct regular business reviews, and aggressively grow SnapTravel’s top line across global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and Maintain Partner Relationships: owning our full-cycle partner relationships, you will manage all regular communication to ensure progress on joint initiatives; you will oversee the relationship from negotiating commercials to conducting regular business reviews, securing new deals and levelling up the product.
- Improve Partner Performance: you will optimize your portfolio of accounts through iterative testing and experimentation to help the account and SnapTravel grow. This includes managing and reviewing partner technical performance (including error rate, feed optimization and up-time), understanding the opportunities and then tweaking variables to test for improvements. You’ll be driving towards the most competitive product offering in terms of breadth and depth while setting customers up with amazing hotel deals along the way!
- Collaborative Execution: work with the account management team to execute on group priorities and ensure you’re supporting broader business goals. You’ll lean into other teams, including growth, marketing, and operations to ensure we’re working on the most effective projects.

ABOUT YOU
- You have previous experience in an account management role; a background in the travel industry and sales is an asset!
- You can build long-lasting relationships with our business partners and encourage them to invest in growth with SnapTravel
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; multilingualism is an asset
- You have an outstanding technical aptitude and can quickly learn the ins and outs of our technical platforms to optimize supplier performance
- You have a data-driven decision making mentality that’ll allow you to draw insight and tell a compelling story to improve supplier performance and relationships
- You have a strong business acumen to help drive and achieve business goals & OKRs.
