Snapsheet is a mobile enterprise startup that is disrupting the outdated auto insurance claims process and turning a $120B market on it's head. We are venture backed by Lightbank, 500 Startups, OCA Ventures and New World Ventures. We have locked up contracts with top insurance carriers and are entering hyper-growth mode. We are building an elite team and looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist.

In addition to experience, you must have passion, writing skills, street smarts, analytical and quantitative skills, creativity, persistence and impressive interpersonal skills. Must be calm and personable under pressure with strong negotiation skills. Seeking someone who can perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

What you'll do

Exhibit high urgency around handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to manage difficult customers while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Manage and set expectations for customers around required information across 10 or more carriers
Feel comfortable using CRM technology to log all customer interaction
Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals
Assist in maintaining and monitoring electronic data for established customers
Maintain detailed files for documentation

What You Have

College degree in communications, marketing or similar degree
Bilingual - Spanish, French, Italian
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Major plus
Experience with an Insurance call center and/or general insurance knowledge a plus
Expert understanding of customer service process
Desire to work in a startup environment, with proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision
Persistence and determination to deliver results
Excellent communication and management abilities
Well organized and strong work ethic
Outgoing, personable and fun
