SnapInspect is looking for a highly motivated individual to be our next sales and growth representative. Plain and simple, SnapInspect is looking for a hunter with a proven experience closing deals inside the SaaS industry.

We are a privately funded startup operating now for 5 years inside the Real Estate industry, our platform allows various real estate/property management firms to streamline their inspection operations. Real Estate verticals we work with are property management both commercial and residential, multifamily management firms, student housing, vacation rentals, affordable housing, asset management, home inspectors and more.

Your day to day will consist of managing product demos, following up on free trials, prospecting, qualifying leads and supporting your sales leads with any questions they have about the product. A lot of leads will be landing in your lap, however, you will be conducting some cold calling and cold emailing as well everyday. You will be regularly communicating with C-Level execs, top line managers through to mid-size business owners and brokers. Collaborating with marketing to figure out what works and making existing sales processes more efficient.

Also attending trade shows with the team will be a requirement so eligibility to travel mainly around the USA is needed. Some of the locations we’ve visited already have been Hawaii, New York, Chicago, San Diego, LA, Atlanta and Las Vegas.

This role is a full time remote job and also required hours of work are between 9am - 5pm EST. Commission is also on offer, enjoy a cool 30% on closed deals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Close sales leads. Look after a lead from the initial contact or trial to close.
- Conduct product demos and uncover opportunities.
- Constantly gather feedback for better a better product and marketing opportunities.
- Take leads from marketing prospect them, qualify and close them.
- Excellent at building rapport and understanding needs.
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Communication guru, no mode of communication whether phone or email is a barrier to building rapport with potential clients.
- Work together with marketing, design, engineering and other functions to continuously improve -SnapInspect’s market appeal, from attracting prospects to solving the key issues they raise.
- Take care of all support related to your sales pipeline.
- Handing over deals to customer success once closed.

What we’re looking for:

- 1-3 years outstanding sales development track record in SaaS sales.
- A degree is beneficial but not a need. We value results rather than titles.
- Persistent, conscientious and autonomous individual.
- Experience dealing with different levels of management and cultural backgrounds.
- A strong self motivated and driven personality, as this role is remote only people who have a strong work -ethic will find success in this role.
- Ability to use SaaS CRM systems like intercom, mixpanel, close.io and more.
- Ability to thrive with a small team.
