Responsibilities:
Move closer to customer centricity through continuous improvement.
Drive organizational change initiatives with operation management teams, software development teams and other teams across the business.
Requirement:
High Diploma or Degree holder in Business Studies, Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent
Strong customer focus and bias for action.
Be a self-starter who is excited about technology.
Ability to juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
Practical experience in programming HTML / CSS beneficial but not required.
