Job Summary:

SMR Worldwide (smr-worldwide.com) is seeking a self-starter to be the second hire in this newly created Sales sub-department. You will create and build processes from scratch. You must then follow those processes and be self-critical enough to identify opportunities for improvement, and break/re-build if necessary. These challenges are for aspiring Managers who want to supercharge their career growth by compressing the acquisition of customer-facing and data-driven experiences to be a rock star Account Manager in the very near future.

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, & Qualities:

- Have a Bachelor of Science/Arts degree
- Have 2 years’ working experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Have exceptional email/document organization and time management skills
- Be rigorously disciplined and hold himself/herself and others fully accountable to exceed to committed expectations
- Demonstrate comfort and proficiency with parsing large amount of data into insights
- Be motivated to creatively solve complex, ambiguous problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Be an excellent communicator and self-confident in articulating his/her fact-based opinions
- Be able to work out of SMR’s Headquarters in Uptown Charlotte with travel to customer sites as necessary


- Work on first version of SMR’s New Customer Onboarding Process
- Customer outreach calls (minimum 1 touch / week)
- Deliver presentation at high-potential customer’s Business Review alongside Operations
- Address or escalate/monitor any customer-related inquiry or request until it has been closed

Year One Scorecard:

- Complete introductions with all enterprise customers under your ownership by February 28, 2020
- Develop and update MTD profit analytics tools to track correlation of your outreach instances with increases in revenue related to your customer activities, deemed satisfactory by your supervisor, by March 31, 2020
- Deliver, without fail, a weekly calendar to your supervisor tracking your time spent by working hour, segmented by the core priorities and responsibilities of your role
- Document SMR’s first New Customer Onboarding Process by April 30, 2020

**Candidate will be eligible for a 9% YE bonus target, dependent upon hitting Scorecard goals.
