BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES MANAGER - GERMAN SPEAKING - SaaS Startup
We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Sales Manager interested in having a high impact role at Smeetz (Sales, Marketing and Operations).
We are looking for people who are natural at selling, passionate about leisure activities and enjoy negotiating to build the best partnerships. Your primary focus will be bringing on new mid-sized organisers. You will leverage your skills in prospecting (emailing, cold-calling, walk-ins).

About the company
Smeetz is a software platform that uniquely helps leisure organisers increase their revenue and better reach their market with the help of data analytics and dynamic pricing. We have launched the 2.0 version of our platform and look to expand our customer base in Switzerland, before going abroad.
Smeetz was founded in 2016 and is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The company is currently composed of 9 team members in Switzerland and 10 abroad.
What we are looking for
1) Sales & Marketing
Passionate, and driven sales enthusiast to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
Build pipeline through the identification of opportunities and generation of leads.
Communicate with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
Assist the management team in the daily operations and setup/improve processes.

B or C work permit or Swiss citizenship.
German mother tongue is mandatory. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Any other language is a plus.
2 years sales experience minimum in Startup, SaaS definitely a plus
2 years experience in event / leisure / ticketing industry with strong connections
Sales track record in softwares solutions
