We are in the hunt for someone who is Entrepreneurial, Self-starter, and has the capability to drive our Testing efforts and provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.

*@Smartserv, you will: *

• Lead the QA team and drive the delivery of test automation projects
.
• Plan, monitor, and control all testing activities and tasks across respective releases & projects.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using open source frameworks like GIT, Selenium, etc.
• Monitor the scheduling and readiness of test environments (including interfaces and data setup) for each test stage.
• Understand the domain of Mobile-first CRM under test and manually execute test scripts as part of various test execution cycles.
• Mentor team members on industry-leading test automation design techniques and principles based upon open source automation tools and frameworks.
• Share test results to senior management on a daily basis, update the status in Jira, and test management tools.
• Build a deeper understanding of product/application with a keen appreciation of Software Quality Conduct application security testing for the application to assess the vulnerabilities and focus on secure coding practices

You will fit right in, If you:

• Have an Engineering degree or equivalent
• Have minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Have strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, test processes, test automation techniques, test design principles, and the full project implementation life cycle
• Have proficiency in at least one scripting/ programming languages (Java Preferred, followed by Python)
• Are hands-on experience with configuring, automating, building and deploying automated test scripts using tools and frameworks like QTP LoadRunner, Selenium, JMeter, JUnit, etc
• Have experience with any RDBMS and SQLExpert in test efforts estimation; test plans creation, test scenarios, and test scripts development.
• Have advanced Excel Skills to create Reports for Automation Testing - familiarity with creating graphs, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Have detailed knowledge on Test scenarios/ Test cases writing, defect tracking and reporting
• Have knowledge of the testing process and testing life cycle for cloud and mobile software
• Have solid experience into cloud, web and mobile applications testing
• Have experience on Load Testing together with performance testing of mobile & web
• Are comfortable with change and learning new things, working outside of the comfort zone.
• Are very good in analytical and logical thinking from different perspectives.
• Have an ability to handle challenges and move navigate through roadblocks during the process
• Are a solid communicator, having the ability to engage effectively with both Business and technology leaders internally.
