SmartServ is a SaaS B2B product startup based out of Seattle and Pune.

As the Head of Marketing, we are looking for an experienced marketing leader with responsibility to design, implement and drive content and growth marketing initiatives across physical(offline) and digital channels for establishing the brand in the market.

An ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of marketing ecosystem. The individual will also be responsible for effective measurement of digital and performance marketing initiatives along with proven success in driving results in B2B customer acquisition. The person will be comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches


About the Role

Responsibilities

- Conceptualisation and execution of Strategic (and tactical) B2B marketing campaigns, to communicate the benefits of using the product, to drive new account addition and to increase account engagement

- Implementation of account-based marketing strategies across prospects along with lead nurturing processes through email, social, and other inbound and outbound channels, together with other stakeholders

- Designing and driving campaigns to communicate the benefits of using the product to the decision makers and influencers across prospects and existing accounts

- End-user engagement and brand building: B2B marketing campaigns to position SmartServ as the preferred solution in the minds of end users and to drive up awareness, consideration, trials and overall frequency of usage

- Communication planning and design (along with content and designing) - digital and offline marketing to - influencers- and - end users- of corporate partners, through emails, on-site marketing etc

-Analyze and report the impact of various marketing activities and feed those data insights into subsequent campaigns to improve ROI. Track the progress of the initiatives in terms of milestones, timelines, budgets, issues, etc.

-Build and manage a team and maintain vendor relationships to effectively execute campaigns


Qualification/Experience

- 5-8 Years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing along with Digital marketing

- Work experience in consumer marketing in B2B start-ups.

- Core experience in establishing brands, brand building and brand marketing.
