Account Executive - Sales

At SmartServ, your role as an Account Manager will be to manage the sales cycle and close deals with a fast-paced team that is providing a vital product for the home services industry. You will be responsible for the front-end aspects of the sales cycle which will fuel our company growth. We want you if you can help our potential customers discover their unmet needs and help them see how we can deliver extraordinary value to them.

We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing and sales-driven person who is technically savvy and is quick on their feet. This is a ground-floor sales opportunity to be an integral part of an exciting startup that is geared for growth and impact in the market of non-desk workers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and implement key outreach techniques to generate product awareness.
2. Engage and generate interest amongst all qualified prospects
3. Prepare pitch and product demonstration materials as needed based on prospect’s pain points in order to effectively articulate SmartServ’s unique value proposition.
4. Carry out product demonstrations to interested and qualified prospects via web sharing technologies
5. Build rapport with prospects and help them understand the value SmartServ brings their daily business workflow. Carefully executive follow-ups to closure.
6. Drive key accounts to closure to meet quarterly and yearly targets. Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Continuously build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain all activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility

Professional Requirements:
1. Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Tech or similar.
2. Bachelor degree in hustling and a Masters degree in closing deals
3. 2-6 years of experience in B2B platform sales (SaaS platform preferred)
4. Selling experience in technology, enterprise or mid-market accounts
5. Ability to handle objections from client’s end and turn them into opportunities
6. Ability to identify client`s problems that could be solved by selling additional products or services
7. Timely identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and convert them within dedicated timelines
8. Work effectively with multiple teams by putting aside individual preferences in order to identify and resolve problems or to accomplish goals, focusing on the larger company objectives.
9. Ability to meet renewal goals and maintain good renewal rate.
10. Totally committed to providing excellent client service and minimize customer churn
11. Expert knowledge and understanding of the SmartServ product, field service management competitors, home services industry and current technology trends and
12. Proficient with CRM tools, such as Hubspot, and other sales platform.

8. Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a quickly changing, unstructured environment with a tolerance for ambiguity
