SmarterQueue is a ground-breaking social media management tool.

On average, SmarterQueue increases the effectiveness of our customers social media content by up to 300%, and saves them over 8 hours per week - amongst many other incredible benefits!

We are a small fully remote team, spanning the UK, Canada, America and Europe.

SmarterQueue is building software which adds REAL value to influencers and marketers lives!


SALARY

- Salary range USD $15 - $25 per hour (dependent on experience).
- Target based performance bonus.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Develop an expert knowledge of SmarterQueue and the social media management market.
- Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and customer feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to understand the objectives and needs of customers and then develop solutions through SmarterQueue’s offerings.
- Renew & grow existing accounts (retention, up-sell & cross-sell).
- Support customer onboarding and continuously drive value to customers.
- Manage and improve the end to end customer experience.
- Ensure SmarterQueue customers receive a high ROI.
- Create new, scalable account management processes.
- Consistently improve, document and refine the customer experience.
- Create scalable customer training methods on how to use SmarterQueue.
- Implement customer health checks and quarterly customer reviews.
- Whitespace analysis.
- Project management.
- Build strong relationships with leads and customers via video call, email and live chat.
- Reach out to potential high value customers with an individual use case.
- Take demo and customer strategy calls.
- Create and build a brand new webinar process. Host frequent webinars.
- Support the customer inbox when required.
- Hit renewal and retention targets.


ABOUT THE ROLE

- Full time.
- Contract position.
- You will work 100% remotely and report directly to the Head Of Customer Success.
- You must have your own computer/equipment with a solid connection to the internet.


REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in a SaaS technology business in a similar commercial role such as Account Manager, Account Director, Partner Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Exec or similar.
- A passion for problem solving and constantly improving sales knowledge.
- Happy to work independently for most of the time, as well as within a highly collaborative remote team environment.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, logical and detail orientated.
- Data analysis experience, and strong organisational skills.
- Driven by success/targets.
- Strong understanding of social media.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales/account management.
- A natural people-person, emotionally intelligent and able to adapt your communication style to a range of different people.
- Highly autonomous and ambitious.
- Tech-savvy – able to understand and explain complicated technological terms in a simple manner.
- Intelligent, articulate and organised - confident managing your own time and doing so in a practical, efficient way.
- A fast learner, quick thinker and able to remain calm under pressure.
- A 'go-getter' – you proactively look for opportunities to do things better and also support others around you.
