SmarterQueue is a ground-breaking social media tool.

On average, our platform saves customers over 8 hours per week, and increases the effectiveness of their social media content up to 10x.

We are a small fully-remote team, spanning the UK, Canada, America and Europe, building a tool which adds real value to the lives of 3000 influencers and marketer.

2020 promises to be a huge year at SmarterQueue and we want you to help continue our fantastic growth.

- Get a deep understanding of our customer personas, and their user needs
- Know all the technical details of our product inside and out, and translate them into benefits for the user
- Showcase our product benefits as solutions to their needs - targeted to specific niches, as well as generic messaging for all audiences
- Create compelling marketing copy and imagery to showcase the product’s value, and increase the market’s perception of our value
- Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
- Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Work out how to structure our pricing tiers to align as closely as possible with user needs and their price sensitivity
- Perform A/B tests, surveys, experiments, to optimise performance of landing pages, ads, onboarding, and product functionality
- Optimise and improve our user acquisition strategies, including content marketing, paid, SEO, and partnerships
- Lead and implement the overall marketing strategy for SmarterQueue.
- Establish the marketing budget and track return on investment.
- Create and constantly improve processes that drive and optimise marketing and lead generation productivity.
- Work closely with other functions to ensure your strategic vision is aligned.
- Oversee the operation of the SmarterQueue website and content with an emphasis on performance.
- Setting up marketing automations and achieving lead generation targets.
- Develop and monitor sales and marketing metrics to ensure success.
- Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site.
- Identify partners and networks needed to grow market penetration


- Part-time to Full time (25+ hours/week).
- You will work 100% remotely and report directly to the CEO.
- You must have your own computer/equipment with a solid connection to the internet.



- Min. 2 years product marketing experience in a SaaS company.
- Startup grit.
- Completely data-driven, with strong experience of experiments and analytics
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills in quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, campaign testing, forecasting, and ROI.
- Must know social media tools and the competitive landscape in great detail
- A team player and a positive, motivating person to be around.
- Experience creating email campaigns, automation, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS analytics (conversion funnels, retention, A/B test data).
- Experience with managing and optimising a marketing funnel and progressing leads towards becoming sales qualified lead.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Passion and strong understanding of social media.
- User-centric mentality and ability to extract qualitative insights from user interactions.
- You know our competitors like the back of your hand: what they do today and what they plan to do in the future. You also know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isn’t guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market and user evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our acquisition channels to be successful.
- You are a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.
- Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.
- Bonus: Experience with Amplitude, Google Ads, Hubspot

- Salary range £35,000 - £50,000

- Fully-remote role (No commute! Work wherever you want, work around family commitments)
- Flexible hours, work when you want
- Scalable hours (20+/week), though we prefer full-time
- 20 paid vacation days + national holidays
