Slintel's sales team works in a fast paced, high performing environment to meet company's revenue goals and accelerate growth. We are looking for top performing sales development reps to join our team in Bangalore

Role: Sales Executive

Experience: 4+ years

Responsibilities:
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends


Requirements:
- 4+ years of successful previous experience as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Prior experience in B2B product startups required; Prior experience selling to Americas preferred.
