Slintel's sales team works in a fast paced, high performing environment to meet company's revenue goals and accelerate growth. We are looking for top performing sales development reps to join our team in Bangalore

Role: Sales Development Manager

Experience: 4+ years

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present Slintel to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Manage the sales development team on their (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Meet/ exceed sales team and individual targets every month
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople


Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- 2+ years of experience as a sales development manager
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Sales development experience in B2B product companies
- Experience in selling to Americas region
- Experience with CRM software, MS Excel
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
