Essential Duties of the Social Media Officer:

Handle customer enquiries from multiple channels
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Manage and oversee CS Team in Philippines and hold weekly or biweekly meetings to evaluate the performance

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work well in teams and have a sense of humor
Fresh graduates will also be considered
