Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit talent through sourcing, networking, direct approach, referrals etc
  • Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer.
  • Evaluate the skill level and complete the process which includes reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/ declines

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years prior experience in hiring for startups
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Comfortable to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
