Talent Acquisition Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and guiding candidates through the hiring process. You are driven and have stellar interpersonal skills that help you develop a lasting relationship with the candidate and hiring managers.
- Source and recruit talent through sourcing, networking, direct approach, referrals etc
- Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer.
- Evaluate the skill level and complete the process which includes reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/ declines
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years prior experience in hiring for startups
- Pay attention to detail
- Comfortable to work in an ambiguous environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
