Marketing Manager

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will be involved in all aspects of the marketing strategy, which has three core elements: to create and publish compelling digital content, to run an extensive paid media plan, and to grow and engage a community through events.

The successful candidate will have a mix of brand development insight and entrepreneurial spirit. This role is perfect for someone who has worked with multiple brands at a creative agency and is ready to apply everything they’ve learned to growing a young and exciting company that's on a mission to create something original!

-MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-

BRANDING: working with our design manager, you will project manage the design of all marketing collateral - both print and digital as well as brand merchandise.

ADVERTISING: collaborating with advisers to run extensive pay-per-click ads as well as grassroots methods such as cross-promotions and event sponsorship.

SOCIAL MEDIA & EMAIL: managing the social media and newsletter publishing calendar and managing the production of native content such as infographics, short video clips, stop motion graphics etc. for these channels.

PR & EVENTS: taking a hands-on approach to organising and promoting events and demos - and working with the media and micro influencers to drive both brand awareness and customer acquisition.

-KEY REQUIREMENTS-

- A passion for education, creativity, and technology
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital
- Strong written Chinese language skills
- Advanced English speaking skills

COMPENSATION: NTD 50-60,000/month
