As a Senior Analyst for CPG Brand Strategy at Skupos, you will help to identify the analyses, run the numbers, and draw the conclusions that deliver value for our customers. You enjoy thinking through the questions that prove business value, identifying the data needed to answer those questions, crunching numbers, and clearly articulating results. Your skill in drawing conclusions from data will help our customers measure the improvement that Skupos drives in their retail, pricing, and promotional operations. Given your customer-facing analysis, you should have a strong business acumen and be able to interface well with customers in person or on the phone to give voice to your findings. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Ideally you have experience and interest in retail data and price/promotion processes, potentially in CPG.

The role will be part of our Strategy & Growth team, which is a small cross-functional group that works on different business problems across the company. As our first CPG Analyst on the Strategy team, you will play a critical role in building out the framework that defines “measuring success” for our CPG Brand customers. We strive to learn fast, think fast, and move fast. People development is a top priority, so frequent feedback is expected and encouraged from all team members.

What You Will Do

• Develop data and program efficiency measures for Skupos CPG brand customers (e.g., market share growth, promotion effectiveness, pricing compliance, shopper insights)
• Create processes and methods to generate measurements based on customer data
• Analyze large amounts of fragmented data quickly and effectively to synthesize insights
• Build creative and compelling visualizations that can be used to bring insights to life
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure that customers are engaged during onboarding and supported over their lifecycle
• Identify additional retail, pricing, and promotional optimization opportunities based on different datasets
• Track KPIs and reporting on customer performance using Skupos technology

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data-driven analytical role, such as a Consultant, Analyst, or Engineer with a focus on consumer retail
• Strong exposure to data/analytics, with a track record of delivering business-minded results
• Some familiarity with retail processes (e.g., pricing decisions, promotion deployment, lift measurement)
• Experience in a high-growth tech company environment with a focus on conducting analysis to serve customer needs
