Videographer & Editor - Core

As one of our first editors & videographers, you'll be helping shape the product building culture here at Skillinabox. Working closely with the founders and the board, you will be directly responsible to lead our GTM strategies around content dev & roll outs. A "Beacon Role" to shape our growth in all dimensions.

Skillinabox is an award winning pre-seed funded edtech startup around skilling. We are a digitally enabled DIY Skilling platform for learners to get skilled & certified at their doorsteps and use their skills in real life.

You should apply if -

2. Care about delivering experiences and setting new standards in video/3D models for learners
3. Be able to make super explanatory videos for young learners
4. Have worked in education or impact or have made content for them
5. Rolling up the sleeves and getting your hand dirty

9. Last but not the least – willing to join office in New Delhi

Key responsibility areas are mentioned below -

1. Edit raw footage into professional, high-quality videos
2. Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
3. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
4. Assist with troubleshooting post issues, including audio mix, color, software problems
5. Remain flexible with design changes and creative direction if/when modified by the creative team
6. Receive constructive feedback from teammates, supervisor(s) and clients with an utmost professional manner
7. Meet or exceed deadlines, without compromising the quality or integrity of the product
8. Effectively communicate creative ideas, as well as troubleshoot and provide solutions
9. Possess a willingness to go the extra mile
10. Work well independently and with team members

Who we are looking for?

1. Minimum 2+ Years of experience in video editing/3D Modelling graphics.
2. Solid experience in creating testimonials, step by step, explanatory videos
3. Hands on experience in creating, testing & rolling out campaigns.
4. Willing to get your hands dirty and push forward for growth

1. Anyone looking for a part-time stint
2. If you cannot accept your weakness and work on them
3. Not willing to learn
4. If education & skilling aren't your go to field of work
5. Impact creation is something you would not want to work for
6. Has issues with working hours
7. Not willing to call the team at 2am when a crazy eccentric idea crosses your head - Yes we want you to be supremely active
