We are changing construction processes by providing the first digital quality control platform. Our unique technology identifies, in real-time, anomalies and inconsistencies in the field eliminating costly rework. We help our customers build it right the first time.

This is a virtual role, with preference to candidates who are based in Miami, serving named Customers comprised of top commercial and multifamily Developers/Owners and construction leaders customers in the region.

We require an entrepreneurial account executive to help us penetrate a nascent industry that is hungry for change. The Enterprise Account Executive position is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers. The Enterprise Sales Executive will identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability, and has responsibilities directly related to making sales to include: providing subject matter expertise regarding the company’s products; preparing proposals, pricing and contracts, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions. We expect you to be hyper-competitive, have an intensely strong work ethic, positive demeanour, and strong organizational skills.

Job Responsibility
• “Mine and Mind” your assigned customers.
• Assess revenue potential with your customers and build and execute on your strategy and attack plan.
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time.
• Deliver effective product presentations to articulate SiteAware’s compelling value proposition.
• Work with partners and ecosystem to extend reach and drive adoption of solutions.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of successful selling to fortune 500 customers.
• Strong C-level communication skills. Proven experience in managing enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience selling B2B SaaS products and knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Successful candidates will be: ambitious, “pro-activity-driven,” curious, coachable, have a high aptitude, a great moral compass, and be a selfless team player with collaborative clubhouse manners. Must be persistent, competitive, goal and results oriented.
• Willingness to travel 30%.
• Excellent business writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
