As a Designer, you'll work collaboratively to turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences. You'll own projects from conception to launch and measure success through data and user research. You'll play a key role in roadmapping, feature design, and the quality of our products, and your work will impact both user and business goals.

Create innovative and creative design solutions that turn complex data and workflows into elegant, efficient user experiences
Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of user-centered design process
Collaborate with our product and customer success teams to understand user needs and interpret them into actionable solutions
Design intuitive, human-centric flows and experiences on web, iOS, and Android
Use research and qualitative data to guide design and development decisions
Contribute to the visual design of our patterns and design system

Application Requirements
Please provide portfolio, website, or other samples of work

BA/BS degree in graphic design, communications, human-centered design, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong user empathy (our patients are vulnerable communities with medical conditions who are not tech savvy)
Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills with Human-centric approach
Fluency in commonly used design software and related tools (Sketch or Figma, Adobe CS, etc.) for iterative prototyping
Experience designing for a two-sided marketplace and data visualizations
Bonus: Experience with digital health, textiles, wearables, or consumer electronics
