The Role

As part of our Adelaide based Success team you'll be the first point of contact for high potential customers in the APAC region, working with them to ensure a best in class implementation of Sine throughout their organisation.

The Responsibilities

1. Working with large and / or complex customers to implement solutions
2. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
3. Be a product expert
4. Onboard customers - help us achieve our goal of 25,000 new organisations this year
4. Train and empower customer to be product champions
5. Challenge the product teams to think outside of the square (Bring ideas!)
6. Be task orientated and manage your opportunities effectively
7. Form strong links and collaborate with all teams across Sine
8. Contribute to process and system and improvement
9. Familiarity with systems such as Pipedrive, Shopify and Intercom
