Responsibilities
• Partner with developers, the product team, and other designers to drive a cohesive experience throughout our platform.
• Take ownership of design initiatives and lead them through the UX lifecycle, from preliminary user research and IA through IxD, UX, visual design, prototyping, implementation, and testing.
• Collaborating with other members of the UX team by providing, receiving and incorporating design feedback as well as driving improvement of our design processes.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements with the product team and create short and long term tasks to be completed by the UX team.

What We Expect from You:
• A Portfolio: We want to see a history of elegant, creative, and accessible UX solutions for complex applications in an enterprise/B2B environment, or for security products.
• Design Software Expertise: You’re an expert with design and prototyping tools, preferably Balsamiq and Figma.
• Team Responsibility: We’re flexible, fast-paced, and extremely collaborative. We want people who are comfortable leading projects, both UX and cross-functional.

• Although our staff is widely distributed, both in the US and abroad, we've built a strong UX team and culture at our company headquarters in Boston's Seaport district. UX applicants should either be Boston-based or open to relocation.

Interview Process - Happy Path:

After you submit your application, our design team will review it and be super impressed with your portfolio. We’ll set up a short phone call to get to know what you’re looking for. We’ll send you a design challenge that’ll take about two hours. You’ll do an amazing job and we’ll bring you in for a half-day interview with the design team and engineering management.
