SimSpace is looking for Product Managers to establish and drive our realistic cyber simulation products and services for cyber security testing, training, assessments, and tool development.

We are looking for Product Managers who are market and customer focused coupled with visibility, appreciation, and insight into the development process. We believe building a successful product is a combination of great vision and flexible implementation. Our Product Managers work closely with product owners, engineering leads, and internal stakeholders to drive product lifecycle including execution.

You will:
• Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy
• Be customer facing to articulate the product vision and identify customer needs
• Determine product pricing and licensing
• Develop product solutions, key business relationships, and Go-to-Market strategy
• Translate high level requirements into clear objectives and milestones
• Communicate the development roadmap to product, design and development teams
• Own and prioritize the feature backlog to drive timely execution
• Precisely define feature specification and establish acceptance criteria
• Define product releases and user training materials
• Work closely with passionate teams of software developers, designers, S&M, and product support

You are a good fit if you have:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least three years of experience in a Product Management, Engineering or Technology Strategy role
• At least four years of agile product experience
• Experience working on enterprise products within Cloud, SaaS, and on-premises for enterprise companies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A working knowledge and one year experience in Cyber Security or Information Security
• Ability to clearly define success and ability to drive to get things done
• Ability to describe complex topics in a clear concise manner
• A strong sense of pride in creating product team outputs
• Ability to be a highly motivated self-starter that is accepting of other opinions and operates effectively in a team
• U.S. citizenship as required by our existing U.S. Government contracts
