The Role

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in the full solar life cycle sales and lead generation
• Work with Simplify Solar on-line platform to generated customized solar saving reports (based on electrical usage & financial ROI).
• Use education based approach to show benefits of going Solar.
• Generate Financing proposals for customers.
• Able to understand basic electrical components (Electric Meter/Breaker Box/fuses) and take pictures of components.
• Close contracts at client home
• Work in conjunction with design and operations team to update customer during the permitting and installation phase.

Education/Certification
• College degree (Highly Preferred)
• Desire to make money and grow your career with the company
• Ready to invest time and hard work to be a part of a leading company in a growing industry

Experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ complex sales (Security systems, Building Management Systems, Enterprise Technology Sales) including 2 years of successful field sales management or other related successful sales management position

Skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to effectively interact with customers and others
• Functional and technical skills in leading a sales organization
• Strong work ethic, with ability to manage others effectively
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of approved commercial products and services
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings and documents
• Customer focused
• Proven team building skills
• Effective time management and project management skills

Compensation:
• Ability to earn up to 75k
• Base Salary - 30K
• Commission - $500 / Solar Energy System Sold
