Founders' Staff (Business and Strategy)

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the founders to solve key product or organizational problems and develop new revenue channels.
• Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.

What You'll Learn

This will be as close to a role that comes to observing a founder’s role from day to day. This will give you the same kind of learning and will allow you to grow at the pace the firm and founder’s grow.

You will be aiding in strategic decisions which impact a firm’s journey from a startup to a Unicorn.

What You Need to Bring

• 1-2 years of experience working as a management/strategy consultant or in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A keen interest in learning about business.
• You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one.
• You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
• You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills.
• You find yourself geeking out over blogs from Y Combinator, First Round, a16z etc.
• You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.

• Past experience starting your own company or as an early employee of a high-growth startup.
• Interest in finance and banking industry.
