OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Innovation team.

You will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You’ll be working in one of the most collaborative offices in Center City Philly, surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals.

The ideal candidate is a self driven, curious and passionate individual who enjoys working cross functionally with sales, customer service and product innovation to drive the product roadmap and growth objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Strategy, Operations, Marketing, or Engineering role
- Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders of all facets of the business, from Innovation to Revenue
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, managing and leading product meetings/updates
- Ability to articulate abstract concepts, and create a clear path toward execution for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent listening and clear communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity - enjoying new ideas, the opportunity to learn, and grasping new concepts quickly
- A creative mindset with the aptitude to think outside the box and escape the status quo

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of product management experience on SaaS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in STEM/Marketing/Communications
- Experience in an adtech or e-commerce experience
- Experience in a startup environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager, executing the day to day initiatives of the product roadmap; also working with UX, Project Management, Engineering and Data Science teams for execution
- Define product epics and stories, maintain and prioritize the feature backlog, and coordinate releases for defined product areas
- Drive activities for product adoption such as training, documentation, and product support for Sales, Customer Success
- Communicate with teams across the company to gather feedback that will serve as a key input for product roadmap decisions
- Support product execution by developing product documentation and backlogs with Engineering teams and contributing to product decisions for active projects
- Work closely alongside Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy, including driving product launches, feature rollouts, etc
- Put yourself in the customer’s shoes -- through research and direct customer contact -- to represent the needs of our customers in our product development process
