We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our growing Customer Implementation team. 

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You’ll be working in one of the most collaborative offices in Center City Philly, working with machine learning technology, surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals.This role will navigate new customers through the Sidecar onboarding process, including customer communication, building a foundation for a strong, long lasting customer relationship, and management of key tasks of technical integration.

The ideal candidate is an intelligent, motivated person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and lives for process and problem solving.


- Ability to build relationships with clients through strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization comfortably (Sales, Customer Strategy, Product, and Engineering)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas)
- Analytical by nature- collect, gather, visualize, and analyze information in detail
- Organized and capable of juggling many tasks with varying time sensitive due dates
- Eager to adapt and contribute to changes that improve the onboarding process
- Self-motivated, and able to utilize the resources around you to solve problems quickly


- Experience in a process-driven role
- Technically savvy (we’ll teach you the ins and outs of Sidecar)
- General JavaScript knowledge
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Analytics
- Familiar with CRM software (SFDC preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment


- Navigate new customers through the onboarding process, including customer communication and management of key tasks of technical integration
- Organize and document key customer goals and strategies throughout the onboarding process
- Participate in initial customer calls, taking notes and ensuring that all pertinent information is shared across the sales, onboarding, and client services teams
- Tackle onboarding challenges and offer/develop creative methods (both technically and non-technically) of overcoming customer frustrations and hurdles
