Digital Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our rapidly growing Revenue team.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You’ll be working in one of the most collaborative offices in Center City Philly, developing and working with machine learning technology, surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals.

The ideal candidate is an intelligent, motivated person that enjoys working with internal resources and clients to solve business challenges.


- 2+ years of analytical experience within the retail, ecommerce, and/or digital marketing industries
- Analytical in nature, with the ability to spot patterns and derive meaning from data (our clients and partners are all in an ROI driven industry)
- Track record of using data to craft narratives and drive decision making
- Above average skills with Microsoft Excel (command over formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.), analytics platforms, etc.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and/or Bing
- Experience in Paid Search/PPC


- 1+ years of experience working in an account management capacity
- Google AdWords or Google Analytics certification
- Direct knowledge and experience working with retail and/or e-commerce KPIs
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience in the advertising/ad tech industry


- Support Strategic Accounts Manager in the day-to-day operations of account management
- Analyze key metrics of online marketing campaigns for some of the largest ecommerce brands in the world
Oversee client performance and account status, working alongside Sidecar’s technology to make optimizations to paid marketing campaigns
- Prepare client reporting and quarterly business reviews to align Sidecar value and client expectations
- Leverage data and client analyses to expose new opportunities to improve upon our technology
- Collaborate with Onboarding team on strategy and setup of new clients during onboarding process
- Serve as an additional point of contact and a supporting voice to conversations with our agency clients
