ABOUT THE TEAM

The Sales team finds top producing real estate agents and teams to educate and evangelize a truly better way to live and work. We get very busy people to pause, listen, and make time to understand the difference between thinking like a top agent vs acting like a business owner. There is power in ownership, freedom in ownership, and exponential wealth in ownership. ABOUT THE ROLE

As our first Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role on the sales and marketing teams at Side. You’ll combine your technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and creative problem solving to lead the marketing strategy discussion with our key prospects. Your focus will center around being the ultimate product expert on the marketing team, understanding each prospect profile to customize product demos accordingly, and delivering high-quality presentations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Present Side’s branding, marketing, and lead gen offerings to our partner agents
  • Work to understand the marketing strengths and weaknesses of each partner agent and determine their biggest areas of opportunity
  • Thoroughly understand Side’s marketing capabilities and developments in order to explain the benefits of our offerings
  • Work alongside Sales Representatives to drive new partnerships
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to distill and communicate customer needs and feedback

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and branding
  • Strong understanding of marketing, demand gen, and lead gen in residential real estate
  • Hands-on experience with social media, re-targeting, SEO, landing pages, drip campaigns, and auto-responders
  • Experience working in Real Estate Tech or in a Real Estate Brokerage
  • Excellent communication and demonstration skills
  • Passion to serve the customer, with demonstrated success in customer-facing roles
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized
